Great frame layout, use of textures, and "I" in the middle of words! Your line work is strong and the way you shade in whitespace is effective.

The FADE text is a mechanism to allow the audience to know he fades away, but the lines and scratches give the impression that he's sped off.

I don't know the characters very well, but it appears that this guy is creeping on Alice and Alice just let's it happen. That makes her look weak and this guy look a bit like a perv. Her expressions are resemble manga expressions when a female is an uncomfortable position and has to bare the situation.
